25+ years managing IT BD teams, cooperating with international partners, and developing marketing strategies. Provides Trident with the vision and leadership to build on its current successes.
Mark Hsu
15+ years in software engineering team management. Led delivery of large-scale, high-traffic transaction systems. Specializes in aviation and travel software technologies and architectures.
Yushin Tu
18+ years in financial accounting and taxation. Detail-oriented and knowledgeable, she holds the CPA qualification in both Taiwan and the U.S.
Ada Chao
15 years as a backend engineer, specializing in travel for a decade. Designs high-capacity travel systems and is proficient in airline ticket sales, GDS integrations, and operational process integration.
April Wu
Creative front-end developer with 9+ years of experience designing and developing. Specializes in Vue.js and UI responsive design.
Tiffany Wu
6+ years in travel technology with solid domain knowledge. Background in venture capital and finance lends critical insight into Trident's positioning in the travel and aviation industry.

Certified to ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy information management, extending our ISO 27001 security controls to the protection of personal data.
Aviation Festival Asia.
Our third year at Aviation Festival Asia in Singapore, this time as Associate Sponsor.
World Aviation Festival.
Our first European show, with our own booth at World Aviation Festival in Lisbon, bringing JetiSuite to carriers beyond Asia.
JetiCMS Launched.
JetiCMS went live with an airline partner, powering its official website.
Second and Third Carriers Sign.
A full-service airline (onboard retail) and a Southeast Asian flag carrier (onboard POS and inventory) chose Trident, taking JetiSuite beyond its first airline.
Kaohsiung Office Established.
Opened a second office in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, expanding the team's capacity and geographic footprint.
ISO 27001 Certified.
Achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for information security management, independently validating Trident's security practices.
Booking Engine Live at Scale.
Our booking engine and self-built virtual waiting room went live, load-tested to 100,000 concurrent users, and carried a first major fare sale on the new stack. A loyalty program launched the same year.
PrimeCTM Launched.
Launched a one-stop corporate travel management platform covering trip booking, budget control, and expense reconciliation.
First Airline Module Live.
Onboard POS and inventory management went live with an airline, while a booking engine on Navitaire New Skies entered development.
JetiSuite Launched.
Introduced JetiSuite, our airline business management platform, and later that year began our first airline engagement: an e-commerce mall for an airline.

Started in AI cybersecurity distribution, then built OTA and hotel systems for e-commerce platforms in Taiwan and Malaysia, and a multilingual corporate travel platform.
